Really want to eat today. This is my 4th day doing intermittent fasting. And so far its gone really well. Until today I was doing great with cutting my calorie intake and not eating after 4pm. Today fell into a slump 😒..Had no motivation to exercise or even walk my dog. But I sucked it up and got on the treadmill for 25 mins. Then got outside and walked with my dog for 40 mins.💪🏻 I just want to eat though and its now past my time to eat. UGH. Could use some support Just got this app today and it seems awesome i like that I can track my food and exercise and talk with other people going through the same thing.😊💕🙏🏻
