So I have been on Atkins for 2 months and I have lost a total of 18 lbs. I most likely would have lost more if I didn't fall off a few times, ahem, bad me. Considering the fact that when I gave birth back in September I was up to 224 (Shameful) and now I'm down to 163, I would say not too shabby if it were someone else but considering I'm really hard on myself and I still have the fat kid mentality, I tend to beat myself up. I think I may just have to change my stats to reflect that and my new goal which I might set at 120 which would put me at a 20 BMI. Maybe that would make me feel better if I saw the actual number of lbs I have los, maybe not.

Stef, you are doing awesome!! 18 pounds in 2 months is 9 pounds a month or .27 pounds a day!! That is super, and remember the slower you lose it the more likely it is to stay off. I have been averaging 2 pounds a week, and I haven't fallen off once, so you are truly doing fantastic. Keep up the great work!
