so i just happened to come across this site today called vshred.. there was a quiz to determine your body type and the best way your particular type will lose weight. turns out im an endomorph (he gets into an explanation about caveman ancestors who had to go long winters with little or no food and their metabolism adjusted to store fat easily to survive.. it was very interesting).. anyway, he basically said everything i already had learned about my body and the way it reacts to food and exercise.. it was nice to hear an explanation for it that made sense to me though, compared to other people whose experience is completely different from mine. i think i'll probably spend a little time checking out the site in further detail, and see what else i can learn about myself. ☺
