Think I may have hit a new low. Tired of being sad and feeling bad. They say 21 days to form new habits. So today is day 1 - keep trying to get myself restarted and failing - so here I go again.

Hi Megan, You can do it. Unfortunately unexpected things come up in my life and lately they’ve gotten the best of me. I need a change and I have to start somewhere. Why not start here and now. lol. W e can do it. Don’t give up. sending a buddy request.
