Thank you all so much. Yea been really learning and looking into nutrition and staying fit. Ive came a long way for nutrition. Kicked my cravings and controlling my portions. One of the biggest factors is drinking a gallon of water a day and healthy green monster shake Ive made out of healthy and organic products. Thise two things really make adhering to the nutrition possible. That and a strong mindset to do so

Actually not lifting at all. I do Calisthentics. Im working on learning to do full planche pushups, front levers, muscle ups, and one arm pullups. Making progress but still have a ways to go to learn all of these. Im doing the Goliathon which is like a Spartan Race type of thing. Im really into that stuff.

Love your work mate, I love calisthenics. I'm doin full planche pushups on kettle bells now and cranking muscle ups.
Calisthenics gets bashed on here buy afew people but it hands down beats weight training and HIIT alone.

Wow that is great. Ill get to where you are at one day. I can do one arm pushups and am very close with the muscle ups. Yea I agree Calisthentics beat weight lifting and Hiit anyday. Body weight exercises is where its at. Ive stopped cardio for a few months due to time constraints but will start that uo again soon. Making time for meal prep and working out. Ill find time for the cardio as well.

Im waking up 90mins earlier to get it done before work. Week 3 of an 8 week challenge at F45.
Nothing in the world gives you a better body shape then moving your body weight around in my opinion. Your proof, you look good bro. Would hands down take your body type over people who solely weight train.
