Diario de mrssetters, 14 feb. 19

Day 2
I woke up tired. Not sure if it was because yesterday was crazy or if it's because I don't have as many calories in my system.

I didn't snack last night when I got home, which is definitely out the norm for me. It's a small victory but I'm proud of it.

Today's breakfast may not have the nutritional value I need but I'm definitely happy with the calorie count and I actually like what I'm eating and drinking. The caffeine in the Red Bull helps curb my appetite, I'm hoping that will help with my cravings throughout the day.
