I DID IT! Yayyyyyy!
Okay, phew! Still red and warming "down" from my run today but I freakin' did it. For some reason I feel like I struggle more with 2/1's than 3/1's... though I tend to look at the clock at about 1:30 each 3 minute period... But it's done. 40 minutes and 300+ calories.
My parents are coming in tonight, they're moving and we have to unload the truck when they get here. Then they're staying for the weekend here, and I'll need to find time to squeeze in tomorrow's workout. Only issue right now is that the treadmill lives in the spare guest room, so I'll have to move it to the office. I'm thinking I can just pop in a DVD or turn on Hulu on my laptop to watch TV in my office since we don't have a TV in that room...
Anyway, super stoked about finishing my workout early and being done with it. FOOD TIME.
