I need to write a journal entry... today I have to run, I am on Day 11 of my '3 Weeks to a 30-Minute Running Habit"... and today is tough sounding... I have to run [3/1]x5 = 20 minutes. I was REALLY struggling on Wednesday with my 2/1x6 and I don't know why, it was supposed to be an easy day but I had some issues just being like, the 2 minutes is really long.
I'm a terrible runner, remember, so running for 2 minutes seems like nothing. My boyfriend always says things that make me think he thinks it's nothing to run 2/1x6, but honestly, he doesn't even know, lol So, today is 3/1x5, and 3 is like... a whole song. So I have to run a whole song. Okay, that doesn't seem bad, right?
MEEH Kinda nervous about it. I know I can get through it but... yeah. I've only drank coffee this morning and now I need to start drinking water so that I can get hydrated and run early.
Not weighing in until Sunday again. This week I've been eating like about 100% of my calories every day... is that bad? I don't know... I always tried to stay below 100% but, I feel like 1380 isn't really a huge amount of calories. Except on the days I sit around and do nothing... like yesterday, ugh. I was supposed to do some cross-training on my day off of running, but all I did was some laundry and light cleaning and then just sat around.
Time to get hydrated and I need to run soon. EEK.
