Joined the "IN IT TO THIN IT" Challenge, ( Halloween thru New Years) so hoping the next 9 weeks goes well. Decided also to be in compliance, I will start recording food again. Staying with Eat 2 Live; but reading up on Chris Powell's Choose to Lose: The 7 day Carb Cycle Solution :)

They have a fat secret app for some phones. That has helped me a lot when recording the food I ate, especially when I am not going to be near a computer. If you do it a lot on your phone, it actually helps with the bad cravings, when you know you have to record them right away, ya tend to go for the healthier options. Just a thought! Goodluck!

I'm not always plugged in so I keep my food diary the old fashioned way - on paper :/ It works . . . And it's always staring at me!! Saw a study on people who lost weight and kept it off - the only thing they all had in common was a food diary - that's why I keep mine . . . Good luck sweetie ;)
