January was a new record high in calories burned according to my Virgin Active app : 13200.
But no significant weight loss. But I did get onto the bike on Tuesday and cracked 500 cals in 35 minutes which incl the 5 minutes cool down. definitely getting stronger. Chest and back weights also getting heavier to feel the punch. My personal trainer from a few months ago told me to do intermittent fasting. Watch this space.

Yes - it works - download an app called zero - really helpful for fasting - also try start your fast towards sunset 😊

You won’t lose much weight unless you eat less calories as well. Good luck!

jvsskelton. in Virgin App you have Log your Workout, after every workout i take picture on the machine, or log my weight training duration.
