Diario de alixashe, 04 feb. 19

Been on this app for two weeks, and I feel amazing. it's quite incredible how I have changed my consumption as well in such a short time. Oh, and wine is completely NOT worth the empty calories, and the slump the next day!
Have increased my exercise to include a workout 5 days a week to go with walking everyday.
I just feel amazing.
Only hiccups are, a bit of constipation, so I am going to add in some psyllium husk into my diet. Plus, I have so much more energy during the day, but also at night. Not sleeping very well, but I am only really two weeks into really working hard at this, so I am sure everything will settle down.

Maybe try a meditation app, could help settle you down enough for a good sleep. Or maybe herbal tea like lavendar or chamomile before bed.

So glad you are finding the changes helpful - it takes a while for our bodies to adjust. I find it hard to beleive how much of what I consumed was excess to what my body actually needed!

Too right, Kferd! I lost 5kgs between Christmas and a couple of weeks ago by just a few simple changes. So, now I have made it all an obsession. Laid up today. Can't stand on my feet. BUT, I have youtubed some sitting and lying workouts to do whilst I can't stand. Not sure what is wrong with my feet, but gonna ice and rest them for 72 hours, then head to the drs. She'll be right! 😉
