Well yay! I was actually down this morning when I weighed in... but then I ate over my calories today. I have been really good about not doing that, but my downfall today was that I decided to drink a Special K Protein Shake between lunch and dinner... and I don't know why but those stupid things never make me feel full, it's like chocolate milk for me... and that's 200 calories...

Also, I made these s'mores puffs with Pillsbury crescent rolls... reduced fat of course, and I used 70% Dark Chocolate for the antioxidant purposes, and instead of whole marshmallow in each one, I had two of those super jumbo marshmallows that I cut up into 4ths... so I reduced the calories of each one... BUUTTTT then I ate two. DAMN. I was doing so well.

Today was also a rest day from my running training. I did a short cross-training workout, which consisted of a warm-up, a short bit of ab, arm, and boxing, and a cool down. Tomorrow the running starts again, with a slightly shorter workout than the last two days, but longer running time, if that makes sense. Anyway, I should be able to do it. I'm actually starting to look forward to it. GROSS! I hate running! I'm still not confident at all to run outside or run anywhere besides my treadmill. My ultimate goal of running is to train to be able to run a 5K in about 30-35 minutes. If I could get 30 I would be SUPER excited. I ran Warrior Dash last year and ran it in like 41 minutes, it's a 5K with obstacles, so I think I could actually do it.

Tomorrow I will NOT be over my calories. I look back at my choices today and think that most of them weren't so bad, but I was a little excessive at some times and should've cut back. Ah well, live and learn. Honestly I think I feel most guilty because I didn't do like... anything today. I watched scary movies with my boyfriend and sat by the fire. Guess we all need that once in a while. By next Sunday I really hope to be on track and be down again.
