Well did good all week but once again I'm letting the weekend get the best of me. I'm working this weekend as a nurse's assistant,(during the week I do office work) so I'm getting plenty of exercise put I'm eating like a horse. I'm gonna get back on track tommorrow though hopefully these two "off" days haven't set me back to far.
