We all have weeks like that. Go back through your food journal and see if you ate too much sodium or if something might cause you to stay the same. Look at how your clothes are fitting. You might lose fat/inches and not see the scale move. Did you do more exercise than usual? The water retained in muscles can show no loss or a gain on the scale. Drink plenty of water and keep going. You will be fine.
