I've been eating at about 1800 calories for the past week and a half which feels like less calories than normal, going to try weighing in to see if there's been a change or not. I've still been incorporating carbs on the daily, sad face is just because the whole meal was pretty much carbs! Lol and I ate carbs pretty much all day too.

I've been overestimating when I track just to be sure I don't miss anything. I don't have a scale at home so gonna try weighing at work tomorrow so I can adjust before I end up gaining. .

Taking your measurements helps to see if you are losing too. Like Rosio said, be patient. It will happen , because you are now paying attention and learning what a serving really consist of. Don't always go by what the package says about serving size. Look up "Nutrition facts for _________" on Google with the amount and you can see how and if those numbers fit into your day. You can do this.👍

I meant a scale to weigh myself, but I should probably invest in a food scale as well..
