If today, you don't feel like eating right, remember that it is today that will make that 0.5 kg or halfpound difference.
If you don't feel like going to gym, just remind yourself how great you feel when you DO go, the better mood... Just go anyway and exercise for just 5 minutes. Promise yourself its only 5 minutes unless you start feeling like it. Its the bad days turninv into good days that makes the difference.
