Diario de hot.pocket, 13 abr. 08

I'm having a hard time accepting the fact that the scale isn't moving.... I have been following BFL to a T for the last 2 weeks and again this week ( i know its two days to weigh in) its bang on 128. However, I lost an inch from my waist and 1/2 an inch from my thighs since last week so I'm trying to keep in my head that im gaining muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. My body fat% has gone from 23% to 20% in the last two weeks tho... so thats good. I want to get to about 15-17%. I still want to lose about 3-5 inches from my waist and about 1-2 from my thighs. I must keep thinking I didn't put it on fast so its not going to come off fast.


i just needed a little venting. :)
