Ok wow this is unexpected. More rapid weight loss. Past few days I've been a bit strict on my diet, having phase 1 type meals like meat and good veggies. Nice last little squeeze before the party tonight. Although I must admit yesterday morning i went out for brunch and had egg benedict and deep fried potatoes. Oh my god weren't these potatoes taste ever so good. Good little treat.
