Isn't it crazy how mental losing weight is? I think that is why most of the people who do the Biggest Loser keep losing so well after they go home. They have already mentally changed themselves, so they can just keep plugging away at the diet & exercise when they get home. Keep thinking positive and stick to what's written in your journal for the day and you'll do great!
