hmmm i suppose its almost that time of the month where i do my half arsed attempt at south beach phase one :) i'm feeling rather unmotivated, although, the weather is getting nicer, most of the snow is gone...i'll likley be able to get out walking/biking again. So i will tell myself that monday is the day, since the weekends are always crazy and there is a luncheon on sunday, who knows what there will be to eat :/ hope all is well with everyone!!!
