Well, I am brand new to this site and there seems to be a great web of support and I think that is really cool.
I have not started the SBD yet. I am a professional procrastinator, but joining a dieting web site is a good start, right? ;) I think it is going to be hard not having cereal for b'fast as I am not a big egg or ham fan and I need something quick. Sandwiches for lunch is a staple, but I guess it is getting close to salad season.
Maybe Monday will be the start of my diet?

i also do not like eggs or veggies (hence the name)...i made it by eating canadian bacon, celery and tomatoes...make your lunch salads or make your sandwiches using lettus as bread...hope this helps

Welcome to the site! I think planning ahead really helps. Get through the first phase and you can add back in a healthy cereal choice as your first grain on phase 2.

I cant eat ham or eggs because I have to watch my sodium and cholesterol, there are SO many more choices here!
