Diario de Lotus, 10 abr. 08

Still hovering..actually a tiny bit more than yesterday!
I see no reason to record it yet..I think I maybe had too great of a calorie deficit yesterday. I woke up at abut midnight lightheaded and woozy. I got up and ate a small yogurt, and it helped a little. Maybe I am getting to impatient and decreasing calories too much. After all, sometimes I lose when I up the calories. I just figured since I didn't have many lower calorie days last week I could make up for it this week, but maybe it doesn't work that way. My stomach feels hard and a little bloated, i am thinking digestive issues may have something to do with it. It kind of makes me mad though, I exercised a bunch yesterday and ate tons of fiber(maybe to much?) and drank a lot of water. This is going to bug me today I can already tell. :( Oh well, I'm hanging in there.

I'm hanging in there with you too, friend! I'm hoping that you see your efforts on the scale soon! Although, if you don't mind me saying so, you are doing WONDERFULLY and i'm VERY proud of your hard work! Many hugs to you!

"Slow and steady wins the race"... this may be a good thought to embrace today. :) Try not to get frustrated and remain focused, you can DO IT!! Keep on keepin' on! :)

You are as dedicated as they come! It will happen. Watching you is like waiting for a catapillar to emerge as a butterfly. We know it will happen, it's just intriguing to watch with anticipation for each next step, each pound down. You'll get there, and flutter off!

I'm "hovering" too. I've been exercising like crazy this week (700 minutes so far!) and have basically lost nothing since weigh in. :( I'm sure it'll come off of both of us, it can just be disappointing when it's not fast enough!
