Hi Everyone...

Sorry I haven't written in a day or so...I had the day off on Wednesday to take my son to college. So, its just me and the dog left now. I weighed myself and I'm another pound lower so at least its coming down! Thanks to everyone to kept my spirits up. I hope I can do the same for you.

I'll be going out of town for the weekend and hopefully relieving some of this stress! I'll be careful on the diet and I'll only have a little wine here and there...
