well last few days been really watching carbs..fat content is high tho, so wanna start watching that as well...cal's been good...water not so much the last two days..that i do in spurts somedays better then others o.0 so will concentrate on water today...and then again tomorrow for sure...just about over mestral cycle thank god , bc its so painful..cant wait till surgery >.> i know that sounds crazy, but true none the less..o.o have another 2 months to go till able to get in for that and tehn will have kidney surgery once i heal from the first surgery..wow.so thinks in the meantime shuld contact pain specialists which i will do this wseek...can take the discomfort any longer..its badddddddddddd!! must sedate to get thru any day..and then it makes me moody..>.< hate that too...well in good spirits today and hope to stay that way...hope u all hadda great weekend and a wonderous week ahead..with love dar xxx
