Diario de cindylynnwho, 09 abr. 08

I feel bored and aimless and lonely today and I want to eat! Must. resist. Don't worry, I can do it. Just had to vent. Tomorrow will be a better day. Tomorrow is bellydancing class, anyway. It's good exercise, and we always have fun. :)

I'm still worried about weigh-in Saturday but I know that doesn't help. I must think positive. So, to get me thinking ahead, here is a picture of what I will look like at my NEXT mini-goal, 175.



This was Valentine's Day 2005... the man was then my love, now just a friend. I just remember that I was afraid he would reject me because I was- GASP- 175!! Now I am all, woohoo, 175, I can't wait!! :D Okay, that thought put a smile on my face. :) I think I am going to go meditate or something.

hi cindylynn...love the picture and the sentiments behind it....you are so pretty that you look good at any weight! I need to take your lead and post some pics. I have some from me ballooning this past christmas...i almost deleted them but now i am glad i didnt....i can see my progress. I will also scan pics of me at various lower weights....I have wanted to take bellydancing for a year now...but classes are 45 minutes away from where i live...so it poses a tiny problemo! how long have u been doing it? and do u love it????? so cool girl! heres to 175!!! cheers

You are doing great. Your line graph is so consistent and even. I have so many 'before' pictures that I want to be my 'after' pictures, too. It's great to see that we have the potential to look like that, rather than a computerized estimate. Hope you have a good day.

Hope things are going better today! Spring fever should hit soon, if not already, its hard to be bored in the Spring. Take the time to do something different or new. Just spending time outside helped curb my frustrations to lead to the dreaded "hand to mouth" disease. Yes! We must resist the boredom and the "hand to mouth" syndrome!

You're so positive finding motivation in little things like that! I bet when you hit 175 this time you will look BETTER too since you have been building muscle and toning! Doing great!

lisa... aw, thanks for saying I am pretty. you should definitely post more of you! I have been bellydancing for almost a year, so yeah, I guess I love it. :) It was a great confidence booster in the beginning, and now it is just fun. You could get some videos if you want, my fave video is bellydance abs by neon.

thanks, MR! I want to see your before/hopeful after pictures too! :) I tried that computerized estimate thing... it was hideous. this is much better. did you get a new scale?

Thanks, dwhummers. I figured it out-- TOM is here so that explains a lot. :) But I love your idea to try something different or new so I think I will try it!

P.S. to massiverally, I must confess that my graph is that way because I often cheat and don't weigh in when I gain or wait until I hit a new low to weigh in. I hope you have a great day too!
