First day .... so looking at my diary for today I’m bang on target with fat slightly over on carbs and just under on protein but have only consumed 1100 calories when they say I should be on 1800 - am I going wrong somewhere? Breakfast porridge/skimmed milk honey and seeds , lunch salad and chicken, dinner will be tiny bit of homemade quiche new potatoes and salad, snack is apple
