I need to totally rearrange my diet and lack of exercise moving forward. I literally haven’t been to the gym in months—but need to start doing more to get moving. Any suggestions for a kick start ?

Find a 10 -20 min. exercise video on Youtube you enjoy. I really love the "Live, Love, Party" zumba video and dance my little heart out after super. They are really fun to watch and do.

find something you enjoy doing. maybe bowling or tennis if you miss some fun type of activity you used to enjoy. I have not been doing any exercise either for a while. the most I got was walking around the mall.
