I'm not sure tht I've gained back 10 pounds, but it feels that way. My face and body is bloated, and I can see the extra chin rolls. Which is what makes me presume tht the weight i gained isnt 1 or 2 pounds but a chunka.
I'll find out later this week when I go to town and weigh myself. Until then I am trying to get back to eating light meals, small meals and drinking more fluids. The last couple of weeks have been severe emotional eating *bad holiday juju emotions* and I want to get the thing back on course before I feel like I reach the point of no return.
