The weight loss is slowing a bit without major food intake changes and that is fine. There were a couple of days when I was just too tired to prepare anything to eat and I just didn't want what was available to me so I didn't eat. I do not think this is a good thing to do and might even have a negative impact on weight loss. Anyway, have a great week, everyone.
