Today, Sept 30,is the last day of my ADF Challenge. This 5-week challenge was harder than I thought.The fasting days of 700cals--well didn't do too well:( Good news is that my weekly total calorie intake was lower because I tried to eat the 700cals on Down Days. For my lackluster effort I still managed to lose almost 3.5 lbs. Yay! Joining the 5:2 Challenge starting tomorrow. Since only 2 fastings days of 600 cals,I might be more successful.
