Food has been good the last two days. At least 40% protein and as little carbs as possible. No grains. Now, if only I could motivate myself to get to the gym, I would be getting somewhere. But my main concern is getting back down to where I was a few months ago. The scale said 179.6 this morning so I have 8.1 lbs to go. Hopefully I will at least be there by Halloween. I wanna look better this year than I did last year. Hopefully I can motivate myself to do some light exercise at home tonight.
