Usually I have a mind set that I was a little heavy but not doing to bad. I usually would do things like work out and then tell my self that on any other day I wouldnt work out and eat badly so I could eat badly and be a step better then usually. I think I am finally shifting that mind set. I think the fact that I need to be smarter about what I eat.
To start I am not going to cut all the loves out of my life instead I am going to think about what I would usually eat and cut it down. For example for lunch I had half of a turkey hoogie. Usually I would have a whole and chips. Each week I am going to try to improve bit by bit. I am also going to make something very clear I love fast food and it is not being cut out. However I am done ordering larges and I am going to try to not have it as often.
