I am in the maintenance phase of Extreme Fat Smash right now. I am going to start phase 1 again soon. I have been having a little trouble lately staying away from too much alcohol and snacking just a little too much. My honey and I have been doing really well on the meals and being balanced. I have been doing the Wii almost every day and take off weight when I work out along with the diet...... oh I need discipline!
