I have now intermittent fast for eight weeks. I have lost 23.5 pounds. Average 20 hours a day of fasting, 4 hours a day of eating. I watch what I eat in my feeding window, but don’t go crazy counting micros or calories. Can only eat so much in 4 hours. Drink Gallon of water everyday, adding Himalayan salt to water for nutrients.

Find it easy to make food for teenage son, no desire to eat while preparing food. Now it’s mental game.
