yeah water is back on! started taking green coffee bean extract today.been curious about it since i read dairykings journal a few days ago.i will keep u updated on my progress.

two more days of exercise under my belt.dont remember if i recorded it.i am not expecting a miracle with the extract pill hopefully a little kick in the butt.

finally got a stove top grill.had steak and asaragus.omg why didnt i get one of these years ago?i got a bunch of fresh veggies and chicken breast to experiment with.

had a nice time at my soon to be 4th grandsons babyshower.the games were fun.my 20 yr. old daughter won a prize for identifying the most squished chocolate candy bars in an adorable little cloth baby diaper.they looked like poopy diapers.my dd only got 1 wrong.i got 4 wrong.

dh leaves for missouri tomorrow morn.well ,he was here long enough to fix the well pump.thanks hunny.

i have been in an unexplainable really good mood lately.hope everyone else is too.
