okay i must not stress..why is it that the more i tell myself NOT to stress..I STRESSSSS O.0 !! wow it suks...lol so today..being my ignoramous self..and not looking things up, i blew the carb thingy once again...i will try harder..i must not beat myself up so..but i do!! and then i tend to really stress out and that makes it worse..i pray taht i can get my feelings, my determination and my weight and my soul all in one place!! wouldnt that just be the greatest thing ever?? and also..i cannot bare the pain i endure everyday any longer..i'm goin thru meds too fast..and they just dont seem to have the affect they usta...sometimes i just dont know what to do..i know eventually these health issues are gonna be dealt with as i have two surgeries ahead..sometime before fall when they can actually fit me in, but the hurry up and wait game is frustrating big time.!!! thinks will get in touch with a good pain management speacialist very soon..as thats the only thing i can think to do..o.o
..and thats all i havt to say about that!!

I have chronic pain from arthritis. My back hurts a lot. I may have to head back and get more shots for my back. I am so limited on what I can do with work even part-time because physically I can't do much. Anyway, time your pain pills. Ask about presciption ibuprofen in between the stronger pills. They help me at the worst - a little bit anyway. But I know what you mean not being able to exercise and do everything that you want to do. I hope you feel better soon. :)

thanks glenn..i buy ib's 100 bottle pills 2 at a time and each bottle only last me a week..i take tramadol for the pain too but doesnt seem to be working any more..need something stronger till i can get these surgeries underway...i too suffer neck and back along with theother issues..so just had a friend who went thru the steroid shots and she says it has done her wonders thus far, so imma look into it this week for sure...the pain from the neck, back, ovarian cysts and scar tissue there and then the kidney stones..its driving me insane..>.< theres gotta be a better way...thanks for stopping in and for your input love ya have a good weekend dar ^_^
