Diario de lilypad1647, 19 sep. 12

It's been cooling off in the desert, but still hot for my dog. We walk early in the morning, but after a mile I can tell it's time to call it quits. So while I have been getting back to walking everyday, it's not really the work out I was getting before (3-4 miles)....I could walk on my own, but I just like taking her with :)...I am going to join a gym next week. I'd like to start running, and maybe lift weights a little...so I'm really excited about that.

My dog gets tired after one mile, too. I hated running all my life and I love it now - you may love running in a gym. I need to lift weights, too, but I am dragging my heels about it. I love belonging to the gym. There's something about the atmosphere that really makes me want to work.

I've never been much of a runner, but I feel it's that extra something I need to really get out of my comfort zone...Same here I love going to the gym...seeing other people in shape really motivates me, and I find I push myself a little harder too.
