Have you cut out food 2-3 hours before bed and alcohol? Those are my two quickest weight-loss strategies. :) Also, keeping an eye on your grains helps. (The word "enriched" is a BAD thing and if you avoid it, you will end up with good doses of really healthy fiber) I know I am stuck at 166, and I feel your frustration...
