I am in LOVE with this diet!! I feel good and feel like for the first time in my life I am incontrol of my future!! Heart disease runs through me family just as strong as our irish blood and it's scary that I have put myself at risk all these years!!! I think it has something to do with I now feel I am worth it, I have always put others before myself and I now have the body to show for it. I am excited to see how the next few weeks go!! :)

Not only is the diet great, this website is an awesome tool to keep you motivated. Read the forums, interact with others, and join the challenges that come up about every 6 weeks and you will get more support than you ever imagined. I'm glad to see you are using the diet calendar. That has helped me a lot. We are all here for the same reasons and we want everyone to succeed. Best of luck to you!
