Sorry about your dog. We have two and I just couldn't imagine having one taken away. I have been looking for other people that are on ETL but I must not navigate the site very well. I'm glad to know there are others. I just happened to come across the book myself but I understood the logic behind it. I don't crave for anything either however I still have two kids at home and a husband so it's been difficult. I feel like I'm cooking two different meals every night to try and make them happy. My daughter will eat some of it with me thank goodness. This has been the most difficult part for me. I thought I would have a hard time staying on it and want meat but like with you it's kind of the opposite the longer I have been doing it the more I want to stay on it. It looks like you are losing faster than I have been. Great job and thanks for the encouragement. 

Coffe, I do crave coffee.  

Awwww - your poor dog baby! I feel sad hearing that story because we become so close to our pets - I like mine better than some people I know! Hang in there. Things will normalize eventually.
