I got owned so hard at the Keaslers last night...

The scale says I gained 3 lbs. I'm hoping I can get rid of that soon. I was so happy to be at 10 lbs down. Do'h!

on my bday weekend from about may 6th to may 9th i did horribly put on 5+ lbs. the next few days after that i just really ate twice a day instead of 5-6 times a day and did moderate cardio. probably not the healthiest or best idea but on may 12th i ended up losing all i had put back on and then some. good luck.

yeah...i dont know if i was just full all day from gorging on sunday, but i am .2 lbs away from my lowest weight. I only ending up eating like 600 cals yesterday, but i just wasn't that hungry yesterday. I guess you dont get to hungry ridding the glaxay of space pirates
