My bad week caught up with me. Gained 1.2 lbs since Monday. I am happy though, because I hardly worked out last week and being in Orlando since Friday also derailed me a bit. So, to be up only 1.2 lbs is not that bad. Ready to get back on it. It is so crazy to me how fast weight comes back on. Just lets you know, you always have to keep it in check. It is ok to have a bad week. I am not bummed. I am not upset with myself. Starting fresh this week!!! Hope everyone has a successful week!
