Holding my own for a another day. All good. I had a good visit with my doctor. He is doing some investigating regarding my last two mammogram results which is reassuring to me. I had breast cancer 5 years ago and I need to stay on top of it. I am glad he is equally willing to pursue questions. I had lost 10 pounds since my last doctor visit although he wasn't particularly fixated on the weight piece this time. Interesting! I think I distracted him with the mammogram piece:)
118,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 41,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
