And the Old Man relents :) I decided to have a low steps/low cal day :) I felt I needed a break so I took a conscious one. I hit 10k steps on Friday, I believe. My pedometer reset but I was at 6K before I left the house, went shopping came back and it had reset and I only had a few hundred and by the end of the night was back up to over 2k So it most likely added up :)
Down 1lb so far this morning. Was exciting to see 255.5 :) I usually am lowest after my walk so we shall see what he says when I get back :)
Tom is on his way for a visit so here is hoping he and the Old Man don't get into TOO much trouble together :)
