Diario de Simavision, 23 may. 10

And the Old Man relents :) I decided to have a low steps/low cal day :) I felt I needed a break so I took a conscious one. I hit 10k steps on Friday, I believe. My pedometer reset but I was at 6K before I left the house, went shopping came back and it had reset and I only had a few hundred and by the end of the night was back up to over 2k So it most likely added up :)

Down 1lb so far this morning. Was exciting to see 255.5 :) I usually am lowest after my walk so we shall see what he says when I get back :)

Tom is on his way for a visit so here is hoping he and the Old Man don't get into TOO much trouble together :)

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOD MORNING SIM!!!!!...hope your having a greattttttttttttt day....what you might do is write down your steps on piece of paper thru out the day..just in case it resets...i do it after my workouts..that way i kno where im at...

I tend to look throughout he day which works almost as well :) haha! I am at 6700 after my walk today! Sooo exciting! and I am down to 255 First major milestone *happy dance* That's 9Lbs since I started a few weeks ago :) Very exciting because aside from adding my walk and watching what I eat SOME of the time my life has not changed drastically. My trip to Savannah and eating WHATEVER I wanted there did not stall my progress much!
