Kind of stuck here at 297-300. I have to survive on QT food now or $1 menu fastfood and only able to eat twice a day. My fridge broke, lost my job, and just don't have the money to eat like I need to. I'm hungry a lot of the time to the point where I get sick to my stomach so when I do eat my body just keeps it. When I do finally get a decent meal at someone's house which is 3x a week I eat a lot because I know I won't get to eat again til the next day and will be hungry to the point of sick before I can get some food. It's a vicious cycle right now and don't know what I can do to turn it around with these circumstances. Any suggestions?
