Diario de Lotus, 21 mar. 08

Still at 128. I really think my body's set point is around 125-130, because it is always hard to break through to those lower weights, but if I can get through this, maintaining will be easier. Gotta stay positive...but damn, I exercised and ate a ton of fiber yesterday, had a calorie deficit and drank a lot of water, and the scale is still right where it was. I would take even a tiny drop right now! I hope it gets moving before the challenge or I am just going to be dead weight for my team!
it's a very lovely day today, as was yesterday. I took Kaelyn to the park yesterday. Today I will take her walking in the stroller abour 4 miles probably. Brandon is getting home early today so I need to get my workout done early. I'd like to go to town and get kaelyn a new dress for easter. Me too, maybe..:)
I'll talk to ya'll later, wish me luck today with getting my workouts accomplished and TRYING not to think about that scale!

Just remember it was such a short time ago you were wishing and wishing if only you could get into the 120s! Well, you're there now, and managing to stay there despite having a bad day!! Just remember how far you've come and how great you are doing. I can't wait to get down to the 140s, let alone the 130s - and I don't think I'll ever manage the 120s!! Have a great time shopping!! :)

it's true, 128 is AWESOME. you'll get to the lower weights soon enough. I used to consistently weigh 120-125, but if I could just get to 140, I'd be jumping up and down screaming with elation! good luck getting your workouts in! enjoy your easter... think back to last easter, can I assume you'll be feeling better about what you look like in your easter dress this year? :)
