I have been so stressed and busy with moving and work. I got on the scale yesterday morning and saw an absolutely HORRIFIC number! The good thing is that the fiance and I talked about it a lot this past weekend and vowed to get back on track as of this week. Happy to say, we went to the gym last night and have a date to go when I get home from work today. Eating has been much better the last few days. I am hoping that now that we are out of the old house that I can focus on losing the weight I have regained and then some.... and of course, catch up with all my buddies :)
