Diario de GStillings, 16 oct. 18

Back in April I stepped on the scale for the first time in a long time. I knew I had put on weight but what I saw on the readout screen floored me. I have never been that heavy in my life. I had to weigh myself several times before I could even believe it.

I'm down just short of 65lbs in the 6 months since then and about a third of the way to my goal. It has been a struggle and lately has been getting harder each week but I am fighting through it. Reading everyone's posts on here helps with the motivation.

Eyes on the prize.
