Diario de nasticmom, 16 oct. 18

I have not weighed in a long time. I have no desire to weigh until I feel better in my clothes. I have been 12 days without refined sugar. I have slowly been adding high-carb vegetables and fruit to that list as well as pasta, and bread. I also know I need to cut diet soda. This is not a new way for me to eat as I have been doing it for a few years. However, I have not been doing well since this summer when we went to Europe for a couple weeks on vacation. For some reason when fall hits, it rejuvenates my desire to be healthy. I injured my knee while in Europe and that has been a source of frustration as well. It feels better when I ride my bicycle and go to the gym. Putting me first is not always easy.
