Ok..time to change it up with a lower calorie day. Hopefully that will get me going again! Kind of off to a rocky start with that as I had a big breakfast, I was HUNGRY..I'll just have to balance it with a lower calorie lunch. I have been eating at maintanence as sort of an experiment, and as long as it goes down that's fine with me, but standing still is no fun. Gotta change it up!
